住院医师培训在整个医师成长过程中起着十分重要的作用。牙体牙髓专业具有实践性强、操作难度高、新技术发展迅速等特点,就如何处理好以下几个关系进行了分析和思考:医学基础理论和医学临床实践的关系;牙体牙髓科基本临床操作和学科前沿的关系;临床工作与医学科研的关系等,以期为同仁提供一定的参考。

Training of resident doctors plays a very important role in the whole process of a physician＇s growth. The specialty of endodontics is characterized by high practicality, difficult operation and rapid development of new technology. This paper discusses how to deal with a few relationships in resident training, i.e. , relationship between medical basic theory and clinical practice, between basic endodontic clinical operation and disciplinary state of art, and between clinical work and medical research. It is hoped to provide reference for other people of the field.
