摘要
为了解决老式节流器在使用中存在的打捞困难及密封皮碗与油管之间的摩擦问题,同时大幅度降低节流器打捞时的上提力,研制了新型活动式井下节流器。该节流器主要由滤砂管、外套管、密封皮碗、卡瓦、剪切销钉和投送接头等组成,保留了老式节流器定位准确、密封良好、耐压差高的优点,同时也克服了老式节流器打捞难的缺点。苏里格苏75区块10口井的应用表明,与同类产品相比,该节流器打捞性能及节流降压效果均更好,值得大面积推广应用。
To deal with the fishing difficulty in the use of the old-style choke and the friction between the sealed cup and the tubing so as to greatly reduce the upstraining force when the choke does fishing,a new type of free downhole choke was developed. The choke mainly consists of the sand screen,outer casing,rubber cup,slip,shear pin and trafficking joint. It keeps the advantages of the exact positioning,good sealing and resistance to high pressure differential of the old-style choke,and meanwhile overcomes its weakness of fishing difficulty. The application to 10 wells in Block 75 of Sulige Gasfield indicates that,compared with products of the same kind,the choke has better fishing performance and flow restriction effect,thus deserving extensive spread and application.
