摘要
针对某型水下航行器推进用永磁直流电动机漏磁场对其电子仪器设备带来的不利影响,提出了在电机磁轭外圈加装屏蔽罩来减少其外部空间漏磁强度的方法。通过有限元分析软件M agnet,对推进电机进行了有无屏蔽罩漏磁场仿真对比,表明安装屏蔽罩的方法是有效的。
In the light of the disadvantageous influence of the leakage magnetic flux of a permanent magnet DC motor for the propulsion of a certain underwater vehicle on its electronic instruments and equipment,a method to reduce the leakage magnetic flux around the motor external space was presented by fixing a shielded cover outside the motor magnetic yoke.By using the finite element analysis software Magnet,the motor leakage magnetic flux with and without the shielded cover was simulated and contrasted.The result indicates that the method to fix the shielded cover is effective to reduce the motor leakage magnetic flux.
