考虑铁损的DTC系统低速性能分析及补偿

摘要 分析了铁磁损耗对直接转矩控制系统控制性能的影响,并从理论上建立了铁磁损耗的具体补偿方法。基于考虑和不考虑铁磁损耗两种情况进行对比验证。实验结果表明,控制系统在低速时的动态响应速度变快,从而验证该控制方法的有效性和正确性。 ;The performance caused by conventional DTC controller between the inductor motor model without considering iron loss and the one taking iron loss into account was analyzed contrastively. A kind of compensator based on dynamic equivalent mathematical model of inductor motor considering iron loss was proposed to make present torque estimation be closer to actual output torque, and the performance of torque control was improved, too. The validity of proposed compensate method is verified by experiment results. Especially, it can promote the low-speed performance of direct torque control.
