摘要
微电机产品质量在很大程度上取决于电枢的质量,电枢质量又主要与绕线工序有关,因此绕线机的改进对提高回转子质量有很大帮助。通过对绕线机的夹头改进、增加排线控制机构、绕线张力机构的更换为磁性张力机构、改变绕线机起动和刹车的PLC程序,使电枢不良率大幅下降,提升了微电机电枢质量水平。
The micro-motor product quality depends to a large extent on the quality of the rotor,and the quality of the rotor mainly relates to the winding processes.The improvement of winding machines is of great help to improve the rotor quality.By improving chuck of the winding machines,increasing cable control agencies,changing tension mechanism to magnetic tension mechanism,and altering the PLC program of winding machines in starting and braking,it enables a sharp decrease in rotor rejection rates and enhances the quality of the rotor.
