摘要
《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布实施,使我国的招标、投标活动更加科学化、规范化、法制化。但是,由于招标、投标活动属于经济领域范畴,自身存在许多风险和陷阱。对于如何科学合理地规避这些风险和陷阱,文章提出了看法。
According with the enacting＂The Bidding Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂,Chinese bidding and tendering have become more science,standardization and codification.But,due to the bidding and tendering activities belong to the category of economy,there are some risks and snares in themselves.How to avoid them scientifically,the article proposes some views.
