摘要
笔者结合多年公路监理工作实践,阐述了工程监理的含义及监理行为应遵循的准则,就如何做好公路建设工程监理工作进行探讨。
Based on the working experiences on highway supervision for many years,the author explains the implications of engineering supervision and the related rules needed to be followed and expounds how to do a good job in highway supervision of engineering construction.
