大脑后部皮质萎缩痴呆的特点 被引量：5

摘要 大脑后部皮质萎缩（posterior cortic alatrophy，PCA）是指以顶枕叶为主的大脑后部皮质萎缩，临床表现为伴有视觉感知、空间记忆、视空间判断功能缺损的痴呆症状。病理学方面，主要是典型阿尔茨海默病（typical Alzheimer’s disease，tAD）的改变，即老年斑和神经原纤维缠结（NFT）。
