大功率内燃机车落车时的称重调簧技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 "十一五"期间中国铁路继续以"高速重载"为发展方向。大功率内燃机车已经成为现在和将来我国铁路运输工具的首要选择,对机车的运行的平稳性要求也越来越高。现阶段,机车落车时大部分企业仍然采用车体调平技术来满足车体的几何形状的均衡,不能保证各轮(轴)的受力均衡,该技术将不再适应铁路发展方向。采用在机车落车时对各轮(轴)称重调簧,来保证机车运行的平稳性。对机车称重调簧原因进行分析,发现机车零件在设计、制造、组装过程中存在误差,即能造成轮(轴)重受力不均衡;对机车落车时进行受力分析,建立力学方程,求解各旁承处的受力大小。最后,研究落车时称重调簧装置的构造和称重调簧的原理流程。 During "Eleventh Five ",China Railway continue to "speed and heavy duty" for the development.High-power diesel locomotive have become the first choice of the present and future rail transport in China,the smooth running of the locomotive requirements higher and higher.This stage,most of the enterprises are still using body leveling technology to meet the balance of the body geometry when alighting,this technology can not guarantee the balanced force of the wheel(axle),and will no longer meet the Railway development.In this study,the spring adjustment technology will be used when alighting,to ensure the smooth running of locomotive.Analyze the causes of the spring adjustment technology,found the errors of locomotive parts in the design,manufacture,assembly process,which can cause unbalance in wheel(axle) heavy;analysis the force when alighting,establish the mechanical equation,obtain the force size of the Side Bearing Department.Finally,study the spring adjustment device structure and the principle of spring adjustment process when alighting.
