真空吸附工艺是现今各种汽车内饰件厂家普遍使用的工艺过程,在生产过程中涉及的工艺参数繁多,且各种工艺参数相互影响。从真空吸附的加工工艺过程着手,介绍了工艺过程中的胶水活化温度、表皮温度、真空压力、保压冷却时间等关键参数对生产过程的影响,分析了常见的开胶、表皮破裂、气泡、褶皱等缺陷的成因,以及这几种缺陷与各种生产关键参数之间的关系,并为这几种缺陷提出了相对应的解决方法。

Lamination process is the most widely used process in various automobile interior plant,many parameters are involved in and interaction.This paper starts from the production process of lamination,introduce the effection of key parameters such as ideal activation temperature of the glue,the temperature of the PVC skin,the vacuum pressure,the packing pressure cooling time on production process.Analysis the cause of several common defects,such as degumming,PVC skin rupture,bubbling,folding and provides several solutions of the defects.
