摘要
水压机泵站高压蓄势器中的气体压强高达32 MPa。在原有的电气控制系统中,并没有把此气体压强作为安全保护的控制点。一旦安全阀失效,就将存在着严重的安全隐患;即使安全阀起暴,从安全阀喷出的高压水不但污染环境,而且会造成短路甚至电击事故。为使其安全保护更加安全可靠,将高压气的气体压强也作为一个控制点加入到PLC自动控制系统中。蓄势器气压超高和过低时自动控制系统均按预设值自动关闭空压机、高压水泵或最低液面阀,并报警。
The air pressure in the high-pressure accumulators could come up to 32 MPa.But the air pressure was not the safety protective control point in original electrical control system.Once safety valve is ineffective,security hidden troubles will exist in it;Even safety valve opens up,the high pressure water from the safety valve will cause not only environmental pollution but also the short circuit which leads to security event.To make it more safe and reliable.We add the pressure of high-pressure air as a control point into PLC auto control system.When the superhigh and insufficient pressure arise,the auto control system will shut down air compressor,high pressure water pump or lowest level valve automatically according to the preset value.
