Agricultural Organization Evolution and the Agricultural Products Quality Assurance in the process of agricultural industrialization—based on Shaanxi Apple Industry Research

在中国农业产业化过程中,健全的组织体系是农产品品质保证的关键,而一个有效组织体系的形成会受到内外部各种条件的约束,为此,基于对陕西苹果产业组织体系现状及问题等的调查,分析了影响苹果产业组织体系动态演化的因素,并结合信息经济学和新制度经济学的相关理论提出了相应的政策建议。

In the process of China′s agricultural industrialization,a sound organizational system,which is normally restricted by the external internal conditions,is the key to quality assurance of agricultural products.First,this paper investigates the factors affecting dynamic evolution of the Shaanxi apple industry organization system and then puts forth corresponding policy proposals with the related theories of the information economics and new system economics.
