摘要
针对医院管理和医疗临床工作的实际以及医师教育培训中的缺陷,制定并实施了临床医师"医务科医疗干事岗位轮转制度"。阐述了该制度的内容、目的、实施背景、现实意义,分析存在的不足及改进措施,以规范和指导医院对医师及其他工作人员的管理,更好地为患者服务。
Faced the increasingly tense contradiction between doctor and patient, shortcomings of hospital management and deficiencies of physician education and training, We have developed and implemented hospital management, " Medical Services Director post rotation system", and achieved initial results. The article specifically addressed the content, purpose, implementation of the background, practical significance, proposed deficiencies and improvements the system, in order to better regulate and guide the hospital doctors and other staff of the management, better service for patients.
