摘要
文章就医疗事故技术鉴定和医学科技成果鉴定进行比较,从专家库、专家亲疏、利益博弈、鉴定材料、鉴定后事项等5个方面进行分析。指出了目前我国医学科技成果鉴定存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。
The study compared technical evaluation of medical accidents with evaluation of medical science and technology achievements from five aspects ： list of experts, relationship between experts, benefit competition, evaluation datum, affairs after evaluation. Problems and suggestions in evaluation of medical science and technology achievements were provided.
