摘要
对公共卫生三年计划(2007-2009)项目的实施成效进行了评估和总结,并对后期的人才培养计划进行展望,提出延长人才培养项目周期,建立学科带头人技术交流平台,形成层次多样化的培养模式与建议。
The paper is the expert assessment of the ＂ new three - year action plan for public health＂ excellent academic leaders＇project. By analyzing achievements of this project at the process of implementation in the experts＇point of view, the paper looks forward to elite cultivation plan after this project.
