摘要
目的加强艾滋病筛查实验室全面质量管理,阻断艾滋病等经采供血传播疾病的途径。方法分别参加了2008年卫生部临床检验中心组织的全国血站系统血液检验室间质评,江苏省疾控中心艾滋病确认中心实验室2004～2009年的室间质量考评,以及南京市疾病预防控制中心2005～2009年艾滋病筛查实验室HIV抗体检测的监督考评和质控考核。结果卫生部临床检验中心室间质评合格;江苏省疾病预防控制中心室间质评91～100分;南京市疾病预防控制中心室间质评优秀。结论通过三级室间质评活动,检测水平不断提高,检测结果准确性达100%,证明了实验室检测系统的准确性和可靠性,也反映了采供血机构艾滋病筛查实验室已达《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求。
Objective To strengthen the total quality management of HIV screening laboratories, block diseases, such as AIDS, from blood collection and supply. Method We participated in external quality assessment organized by the Clinical Laboratory of the National Blood Centre of the Ministry of Health in 2008, external quality assessment organized from 2004 to 2009 by AIDS validation center in the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention （ CDC ） of Jiangsu Province, and the evaluation of screening and Quality Control Central of HIV atibody test by the CDC in Nanjing from 2005 to 2009. Result The external quality assessment result by Clinical Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health was qualified; External Quality Assessment result by CDC of Jiangsu Province was 91 to 100 points; the result of external quality assessment by Nanjing CDC was excellent. Conclusion Through the three external quality assessment activities, the testing level has improved continuously with 100% accurate of test results, which proved the accuracy and reliability of the laboratory tests system, which also reflected the national HIV screening laboratories reaching the requirements of ＂ National HIV Testing Technology Standards＂.
