摘要
针对学生和社会群体的特点,制定了有针对性的机采血小板献血者招募方法。并通过加强员工素质、实施人性化服务以及建立应急机采队伍等措施,对机采血小板献血者进行规范化管理,建立了一套有效的机采血小板献血者的招募与管理机制。
According to the characteristics of students and social groups, a targeted recruitment method was developed for machine - collected platelet donors. And by strengthening the training of staff quality, implementing human services and the establishment of emergency team, platelet donors were run standardized management and an effective recruitment and management system of platelet donors was established.
