摘要
目的为改善纯环氧树脂涂料存在韧性差、耐磨损性能低等缺点,以及传统达克罗涂层有成本高,含有毒铬离子的不足,并利用两者的优势制成新涂料。方法把环氧树脂与达克罗技术结合起来,并将不同配比的无铬达克罗液涂在A3钢电极上进行对比,对其开路电压和交流阻抗谱进行分析。结果通过实验,得到了具有相对较佳防腐效果的配比:ω(Zn)为5%,ω(Al)为10%,ω(MnO2)为20%,m(环氧树脂)∶m(聚酰胺)=1∶0.8。把环氧树脂与达克罗技术相结合,并首次用MnO2替代铬酸盐氧化剂,取代了有毒的铬离子,制成了高防腐、成本低又环保的新型有机-无机复合涂料。结论实验对传统达克罗原料作了一些调整和替换,充分利用环氧树脂与达克罗技术的优点,改善了其不足之处。
Aim There are deficiencies in the pure epoxy coating such as poor toughness,low wear-resistant and so on,while the traditional dacromet coating has shortcomings of high-cost and containing toxic chromium ions.The experiment was to improve their deficiencies and use both of their advantages to make a new coating paints.Methods painting on the A3 steel electrodes with different proportions of non-chrome dacromet coatings,through analysis of the open circuit voltage and the AC electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Results The ratio of the better anticorrosion effect was obtainted was that ω(Zn) was 5%,ω(Al) was 10%,ω(MnO2) was 20%,m(epoxy resin)∶m(polyamide)=1∶ 0.8.The MnO2 was first used to replace the toxic chromium ions of chromate,and combined epoxy coating with dacromet technology.A new type of paint with high anti-corrosion,low-cost and environmental protection was gained.Conclusion The materials of the traolitioral dacromet were adjusted epoxy resin and dacromet technology were full used to improve their deficiencies.
