双核配合物[La_2(C_(10)H_8N_2O_4)_2(C_(10)H_9N_2O_4)_2(H_2O)_4]·3H_2O·C_6H_6的合成、晶体结构和生物活性 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究新合成的镧(Ⅲ)与N-(2-异丙酸)-邻羟基苯甲酰腙(C10H10N2O4,简称H2L)配合物的晶体结构及其生物活性。方法单晶培养用溶剂扩散法,结构用单晶衍射仪测试,生物活性用盆栽活体试验。结果得到了一个新的双核镧配合物的单晶,该晶体属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.908 19(19)nm,b=1.233 2(3)nm,c=1.325 1 nm,α=104.157(4)°,β=99.312(4)°,γ=108.911(3)°,Z=2,Dc=2.038 g/cm3,μ=2.504 mm-1,F(000)=789,最终偏差因子R1=0.040 1,wR2=0.106 2,GOF=1.016。配合物对小麦条锈病菌和白菜黑斑菌有较好的抑制效果,并对作物具有助长作用。结论新芳酰腙镧配合物晶体的制得为配位化学、稀土化学增添了新的内容,其良好的生物活性为其在农业上的应用提供了依据。 Aim To study the complex crystal structure of La(III) and N-(2-propionic acid)-salicyloyl hydrazone and to test bioactivity of the complex.Methods The crystal is obtained by solvent pervasion method,the structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,bioactivity is tested by potted plant method.Results The complex is a novelty binuclear single crystal.The crystal complex crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P-1,and parameters a=0.908 19(19) nm,b=1.233 2(3) nm,c=1.325 1 nm,α=104.157(4)°,β=99.312(4)°,γ=108.911(3)°,Z=2,R1=0.040 1,wR2=0.106 2,GOF=1.016.The complex can excellently inhibit Puccinia striiformis Westendrop and Pseudoperonospora cubensis and also can advance crop′s upgrowth.Conclusion The new complex crystal of La(Ⅲ) and N-(2-propionic acid)-salicyloyl hydrazone adds new contents for coordination chemistry and bioinorganic chemistry.The well bioactivity of the complex affords an applied foundation on the agriculture.
