不同栽培年限秦艽药材质量变异研究及适宜采收年限的确定

A study on quality variation of cultivated radix Gentianae macrophyllae at different age and the best picking age ascertainment

目的研究不同栽培年限秦艽药材的质量差异,确定栽培秦艽最适宜的采收年限。方法测定并比较不同栽培年限秦艽药材的外观性状质量指标。对不同年限秦艽药材中指标成分龙胆苦苷含量和高效液相指纹图谱进行测定,以野生秦艽药材为参照进行对比研究。结果不同年限的秦艽药材在外观性状质量、指标成分含量上存在显著差异。4年生栽培秦艽的指纹图谱特征和野生秦艽相似度最高,两者的质量最为接近。结论综合外观性状质量、指标成分含量和整体化学特征分析,秦艽栽培以4年采收最为适宜。

Aim To study quality variation of cultivated radix Gentianae macrophyllae at different age and ascertain the best picking age.Methods Appearance traits quality and Gentiopicroside（GPS）content of different aged radix Gentianae macrophyllae were assayed and compared.HPLC fingerprint of different aged radix Gentianae macrophyllae were measured and similarity was valued,adopting wild sample as reference.Results There are notable differences of appearance traits quality and GPS content among samples of different ages.The fingerprint of four years radix Gentianae macrophyllae has the highest similarity with wild sample.These infer that radix Gentianae macrophyllae cultivated for four years has similar quality with the wild.Conclusion Synthesizing appearance traits quality,GPS content and HPLC fingerprint similarity,it is best to pick the cultivated radix Gentianae macrophyllae at the fourth year.
