摘要
在分布式润滑系统中,精确的油量检测是实现定量润滑的前提。本文对传统的润滑系统结构和润滑方式进行了改进,提出了一种计量润滑方法。重点讨论了供油线路设计、检测电路设计和信号的消抖处理方法。试验结果表明,该油量检测方法可有效提高油量检测的可靠性和准确度。
In distributed lubricting system, accurate detection of oil quantity is the precondition of quantitative lubrication. In this paper, system structure and lubrication mode of the lubricating system are improved. The design of oil supply line, design of detect circuit and jitters elimination of signal are emphatically discussed. The results show that this method can effectively improve the reliability and accuracy for the detection of oil quantity.
