摘要
绝缘测试是电磁线质量检测的一项重要内容,为了准确可靠的实现电磁线绝缘的在线检测,提出了基于CPLD数字电路的设计方案,给出了其软、硬件设计。系统选择半桥电路加空心脉冲变压器设计对绝缘层的高压放电电路,可输出500到10000V的可调交流电。系统通过检测电磁线漏电流实现对电磁线绝缘测试。实验结果表明,系统满足多种电磁线的绝缘测试要求。
Insulation testing is an important component of quality inspection for electromagnetic wire. In order to on-line detect the insulation of electromagnetic wire accurately and reliably. This paper presents a design proposal based CPLD. The hard- ware and software are achieved. Semi-bridge connection and air-core pulse transformer are used in designing in high- pressure discharge circuit for Insulating ayers. A 0.5-10 kV AC variable voltage inverter is made. In this system, accurate measurement of insulation of electromagnetic wire is achieved by the method of testing the leakage current. The result of experimentation shows that the system can meet a variety of insulation testing requirements of electromagnetic wire.
