摘要
保险经纪公司的引入与"统保"是2009年旅行社责任保险制度发展的两大亮点。本文运用新制度经济学的交易成本理论对其发展的驱动因素及现状进行分析,并从旅行社、保险公司等利益核心层与责任保险制度的视角展望其发展趋势。
The introduction of insurance broker companies and the ＂integration of covering insurance＂ are two highlights of development of travel agency’s liability insurance System in 2009.The driving force and present situation have been analyzed by transaction cost theory in new institutional economics,and the trend of development has been prospected in perspective of interest’s core layers such as travel agencies and insurance companies,etc.
