舒心通胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(胸痹)120例

The Therapeutic Effects of ShuXinTong Capsule in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Stable Angina:a Report of 120 Cases

目的:观察舒心通胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(胸痹)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将120例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组30例,绐予硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂、他汀类及抗血小板药物等常规治疗;治疗组90例,在对照组基础上加用舒心通胶囊。1个疗程结束后观察2组心绞痛控制情况,静息心电图、血脂变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组对心绞痛控制及心电图变化均有较好效果,但组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);在症状干预方面,治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);对中医证候积分的改善优于对照组;在干预血脂方面,配合他汀类药物,能明显降低低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)(P<0.05)。结论:舒心通胶囊与硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂、他汀类及抗血小板药物等常规药物联合治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(胸痹),可提高疗效,改善症状,加强调脂降脂作用。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy and safety of ShuXinTong capsule in patients with coronary heart disease and stable anginaclinical efficacy and safety.Methods：120 patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups,control group（30 cases）which received nitrates,β blockers,statins,antiplatelet drugs and other conven-tional treatment,and treatment group（90 cases） which received ShuXinTong capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.After a course of treatment angina controls,resting ECG changes and blood lipid changes were observed.Results：The treatment group and the control group got good results in the angina control and ECG changes,but there was not statistical significance between 2 groups（P〉0.05）.ShuXinTong capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of chest discomfort,palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue and spontaneous sweating in the symptoms of intervention.Compared to these symptoms,there was statistically significant between the 2 groups（P〈0.05 or 0.001）.The improve-ment of symptom score of treatment group excelled control groups.ShuXinTong capsule combined with statins drugs significantly reduced low-density lipoprotein（LDL-C）,increased high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）;there was statistically significant between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ShuXinTong capsule combined with conventional drugs of nitrates,β blockers,statins,and antiplatelet drugs can treat coronary heart disease and stable angina by increasing efficacy,improving symptoms and strengthening the role of lowering lipid and regulation blood lipid.
