摘要
当前我国研究生创新能力培养存在诸多缺失,主要表现在:研究生教育观念、教学方法滞后;研究生导师缺乏创新精神;研究生课程体系不合理、课程内容滞后;研究生学术氛围不够浓郁等。针对这些缺失,应采取的对策是:树立创新观念、改进教学方式;建设创新型的导师队伍;优化课程体系,更新课程内容;营造良好的创新环境等。
At present,there are some shortages existing in the cultivation of graduates＇ innovative capability in our country,which mainly shown in： inadequate education concepts and teaching methods of graduates;shortage of innovative spirit of graduate tutors;unreasonable graduate curriculum system,deficient course content;indifferent academic atmosphere etc.According to these shortages,following strategies should be taken： setting up the view of innovation,improving teaching methods;establishing innovative instructors;optimizing the curriculum system,updating course content;and creating a favorable innovative environment etc.
