师德建设是学校师资队伍建设的核心,是培养社会主义现代化建设者和适应市场经济新型人才的需要。在新的历史时期,高校青年教师的师德建设面临着诸多因素的影响。因此,应采取加强思想教育、加强激励机制、加强人文关怀和环境营造等对策。

As the core of faculty construction, construction of teaching ethics is the demand in cultivating not only the constructors of socialist modernization, but also the new professionals of marketing economy. In the new historic period, there are many factors affecting the construction of teaching mo- rality. Therefore, some countermeasures should be taken to strengthen both ideological education and incentive system, and both humane care and environment building as well.
