当前形势下中等专业学校困难与机遇并存,中专学校图书馆要与时俱进,提高服务教学的实效性,必须突破"借借还还"传统服务,充当教学与科研信息整合平台,实现从单一文献管理向信息开发角色的转换。同时,呼吁国家教育行政部门关注中专学校图书馆面临的困境,避免沦为安排家属就业和处理教学一线人员的"收容所"。

In the current situation, difficulties and opportunities co-exist in the development of specialized middle school. Specialized middle schools should keep their pace with the times to improve the effectiveness of service teaching, and change their traditional service based on ＂loan and return＂. They should set up.a teaching and scientific researching information integrating platform to achieve the functional transition from simple literature management to information development. At the same time, they should appeal to national educational administrative departments to pay close attention to the dilemmas confronted by the specialized middle school library, and avoid becoming the ＂ shelter＂ where job placement is made for families and the first-line demoted teaching staff.
