摘要
本文结合实际工作中为读者服务的一些体会,将为读者服务分为三个阶段:前期服务、即时服务和后续服务,并绘出了三个服务阶段相互作用的关系图。本文着重对为读者后续服务进行分析,阐述了为读者后续服务的特点和作用,提出了为读者后续服务的关联图和对未来服务的一些思考,从探讨性研究的角度提出自己的看法,希望能够给实际工作带来一些启发或指导,以增加一些实用的服务内容来满足读者的需求,努力建立和谐的阅读环境与读者需求关系。
Combining with some working experience of serving readers, the authors divide the service work into three stages: former service, real time service and follow-up service, and plot out the mutual interaction relation map among these three stages. The authors emphatically analyze the follow-up service and elaborate the features and functions of it, then bring out some thought on the relation map of follow-up service and future service work for reader. The authors tentatively put forward some views in hope to offer some inspiration or instruction to practical work, and to meet the reader 's demands by adding some practical service contents, building a harmonious relationship between the reading environment and readers' demands.
