摘要
星村煤矿深部冲击矿压危险问题突出。分析了E3101里面两集中巷冲击矿压危险性及影响因素,提出了冲击矿压防治方案:首先采用微震区域性监测、电磁辐射局部危险性监测及钻屑法进行冲击矿压危险性监测,其次依据冲击矿压的强度弱化减冲原理,采用钻孔卸压、煤体爆破等软化煤体手段解除冲击矿压危险,最后根据"强弱强"理论对已卸压的巷道形成高强度支护体系,制定并落实危险区域应急救援预案。实践证明,通过多种冲击矿压危险监测、预测预报与冲击矿压解危技术、深井支护技术的综合应用,在一定程度上可以控制深部矿井开采中的冲击矿压灾害。
The problems of rock bursts in deep part of Xingcun Coalmine are very serious.The danger and influencing factors of rock bursts in two common roadways of Face E3101 were analyzed.A scheme for prevention and control of rock bursts were proposed as follows:Firsly,with SOS,EME and drilling method,the risks of rock bursts were monitored.Secondly,according to the intensity weakening principle for rock burst,the drilling method was used to relieve the pressure and coal blasting was used to soften the coal-body in order to get rid of rock burst risk.Lastly,based on the "strong-weak-strong" theory,the high-strength support system for relieved roadways was formed and then,an emergency rescue plan for hazardous area was developed and implemented.Practice has proved that the comprehensive application of various monitoring techniques,the forecasting,releasing and supporting techniques for rock bursts in deep mine can,to a certain extent,control the rock burst risk in deep mines.
