河南省第三产业资源配置效率分析

The Analysis on the Resources Deployment Efficiency of Tertiary Industry in Henan Province

资源配置效率揭示出经济系统中各要素投入产出状况,从而可以反映经济运行效率的高低。资源配置效率也是影响经济增长的一个重要因素。运用DEA分析法分析2007年河南省第三产业各部门的资源配置效率,可以解释河南省长期存在的第三产业经济增长率未能随GDP增长而快速增长的现象。然后根据DEA分析结果,我们可以探索河南省提高第三产业资源配置效率,从而推动第三产业部门加快经济增长速度的途径。

The efficiency of resource allocation reveals the input and output condition of each element,which could reflect if the economic operation is efficient.The efficiency of resource allocation is also an important factor to the economic growth.In this paper,the DEA method is used to analyze the different departments' efficiency of resource allocation of Henan province in 2007,and such a lasting phenomenon that the growth rate of tertiary industry cannot along with the growth of GDP,has been attempted to be explained.Then based on the analysis of DEA,such an access to improve the efficiency of resource allocation of Henan province,thus prompting the tertiary industry to accelerate of economic growth rate has been given.
