省属多科性大学的特色定位及其支持体系建设研究

Study on Characteristic Positioning and Support System Construction of Provincial Multiversities

我国绝大多数高校为省属多科性大学。与综合性大学相比,省属多科性大学涉及学科专业较少、办学规模较小,获得的政府扶持力度也较小。目前,国内高校竞争加剧,省属多科性大学必须实施"钉子战略",以特色求生存,以特色谋发展,其办学特色应符合"四性"。省属多科性大学的办学特色可以通过系统化的制度设计予以甄别,其识别过程应围绕特色化的办学理念、特色化的制度安排和特色化的学科专业分层次展开。以特色打造竞争之矛,其支持体系建设是关键,这要求省属多科性大学将有限的资源集中于某一学科点、学科面,并辅以相应的资源保证、评价体系和协调机制。

Most universities in China are multidisciplinary.Compared with comprehensive universities,disciplines and scales of provincial universities are less and smaller.Therefore,support strength provided by the governments to provincial universities is less.With the increasing competition in domestic universities,provincial universities must strive for survival and development on their characteristics.Characteristics of provincial multiversities can be discriminated by systematic system design.The recognition process should focus on characteristic ideas,characteristic system design and characteristic specialties.In the process,characteristics and construction of support system are the key.Therefore,provincial multiversities must concentrate their resources on a certain discipline and guarantee the normal operation of appraisal system and coordination mechanism.
