超声波萃取/气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中的多氯联苯

Determination of Arochlors in Soil by Using Ultrasonic Extraction and GC-MS

采用超声波萃取法提取土壤中的多氯联苯系列4种混合物Aroehlor1242、Arochlor1248、Arochlor1254、Arochlor1260,萃取溶液经弗罗里硅土柱净化,用气相色谱-质谱法进行测定,方法检出限1.5～2ug/kg,加标回收率在90.6%～104%之间,RSD7.5%～14.3%。

In this paper,arochlors in soil are extracted by using ultrasonic wave,and purified by florisil column and GC-MS is finally analyzed. The recovery is between 90. 6%-104% ,the detection limit is 1. 5-2 ug/kg and RSD is 7. 5%-14. 3%.
