摘要
建立了运用HPLC法对痕量VD3进行含量测定的分析方法。实验中采用菲罗门硅胶(silica)柱,以异丙醇:正己烷(0.5:99.5)为流动相,流速:2ml/min,紫外检测波长:264nm,柱温:30℃。实验表明:VD3在0.1μg/ml~0.8μg/ml范围内,其色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.04%,进样精密度为1.26%。本法操作简便、快速,准确,适用于痕量成分的含量测定。
An analytical method is established for detecting trace vitamin D3 in multi-vitamins tablets with HPLC. In the experiment,the chromatographic column of Phenomenex silica is used,and hexane ( 0. 5: 99. 5) is in the mobile phase; the flow rate is 2. 0ml/min,the UV detective wavelenth is 264nm and column tempera ture is 3 0 ℃ . A good liner correlation is found between the peak areas and the concentrations in the range of 0. 1-0. 8 ug/ml of VD3( r = 0. 9999,n = 5) . The average recovery is 99. 04% ; the precision is 1. 26% . The method proves to be rapid,accurate and applicable for the determination of the trace in vitamin D3.
