部分国家级“两化融合”试验区发展模式比较分析及经验借鉴

Comparative Analysis of the Development Model and Experience on Some State-level Information-based Industrialization Pilot Areas

通过对重庆、南京、青岛三个国家级"两化融合"试验区信息化与工业化融合发展模式的比较分析,结合连云港"两化融合"现状及存在的不足,指出只有强化组织领导、科学规划引导、设立专项资金,培育新兴产业、推动试点先行、培养引进人才、制定评估体系,才能找出一条适合连云港"两化融合"的发展道路,加快新型工业化进程。

After comparative analysis of development models of three level- information- based industrialization pilot areas, namely Chongqing, Qingdao and Nanjing, together with the present situation and weakness in Lianyungang, the paper points out that the key to develop and speed up the new- type industrialization progress is to strengthen organizational leadership, to plan and guide, to put aside special funds, to foster new - type industries, to promote the pilot first, to cultivate and introduce talents and to develop the assessment system as well.
