依替米星治疗下呼吸道感染的Ⅲ期临床试验

Phase III trials of etimicin in treating lower respiratory tract infection

目的：观察依替米星的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法：４１例下呼吸道感染病人，男性２６例，女性１５例；年龄５９ａ±ｓ１４ａ（２７～８６ａ），采用依替米星静脉滴注。≥７０ａ，１００ｍｇ＋５％葡萄糖注射液１００ｍＬ，ｑ１２ｈ；＜７０ａ，１５０ｍｇ＋５％葡萄糖注射液１００ｍＬ，ｑ１２ｈ；疗程８．２ｄ±２．８ｄ。结果：有效率８８％（３６／４１），细菌清除率７６％（２６／３４）。除２例轻微头晕、恶心外，未发现其他不良反应及耳、肾毒性。结论：依替米星用于下呼吸道感染有效。

AIM: To observe the therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of etimicin. METHODS: Forty_one patients s 14 a(2786 a)] with lower respiratory tract infection were treated with etimicin 100 mg in 5% glucose injection 100 mL for age 70 a and 150 mg in 5% glucose injection 100 mL for age 70 a iv, drip, q 12 h for 8.2 d2.8 d. RESULTS: The effective rate was 88%(36/41), while bacteria clearance rate was 76% (26/34). No other adverse reaction or ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity was observed with the exception of 2 patients with slight dizziness and nausea. CONCLUSION: Etimicin is an effective agent for lower respiratory tract infection. Its adverse reaction is slight.
