司帕沙星治疗非淋球菌性尿道炎66例

Sparfloxacin in treating non_gonococcal urethritis in 66 patients

目的：评价司帕沙星对非淋球菌性尿道炎中支原体、衣原体感染的疗效。方法：６６例非淋球菌性尿道炎病人中支原体感染５１例，衣原体感染１５例（男性３９例，女性２７例；年龄３２ａ±ｓ９ａ）。用司帕沙星２００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｎ×６ｄ。结果：对支原体感染有效率为９１％，痊愈率为６９％。衣原体感染有效率为９３％，痊愈率为７３％。３６例病人的血药浓度在０．３９～１．８ｍｇ／Ｌ之间。结论：司帕沙星治疗支原体、衣原体感染疗效好、不良反应少、服用方便。

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of sparfloxacin in the treatment of mycoplasmal and chlamydial infections in non_gonococcal urethritis. METHODS: Sixty_six patients (M 39, F 27, age 32 a s 9 a) of non_gonococcal urethritis were treated with sparfloxacin, 200 mg per night for 6 d. Among them, 51 patients were mycoplasmal infections, and 15, chlamydial infections. RESULTS: The response rate for mycoplasmal infections was 91% and cure rate 69%. For chlamydial infections, the rates were 93% and 73%, respectively. The concentrations in plasma were 0.39_1.8 mg/L in 36 patients. CONCLUSION: Sparfloxacin is very effective in mycoplasmal and chlamydial infections with few adverse reactions, and convenient in administration.
