正常妊娠与非妊娠健康妇女血清中Lp(a)含量的比较及临床意义

摘要 目的比较正常妊娠孕妇与健康妇女Lp(a)的含量,以及在妊娠过程中Lp(a)的变化趋势,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫透射比浊法检测45例正常妊娠妇女(妊娠组)血清Lp(a)含量以及32例健康非妊娠妇女(对照组)血清Lp(a)含量,同时检测CHO,TG。结果妊娠组和非妊娠组的Lp(a)含量有显著性差异,分别为(15.1±5.9)g/L、(9.9±6.0)g/L,P<0.01。不同妊娠组中,晚孕组(孕周>28周)和中妊娠组(孕周15~28周)Lp(a)水平明显高于早孕组(孕周10~14周),P<0.05,约为早孕组的1.5倍,中、晚孕组无显著性差异,其他CHO,TG也随孕周增加。结论妊娠期Lp(a)含量的变化可能与孕妇正常妊娠过程中激素水平的升高及一些正常生理需要有关,是妊娠过程中一种正常的生理性适应变化。 Objective To compare Lp(a) contents of the normal pregnancy and healthy women and process in pregnancy the change trend of Lp(a),to investigate the clinical significance.Methods Using immune turbidimetry to detect the serum Lp(a) contents of pregnant women and no pregnant women,at the same time test CHO and TG.Results Lp(a) content of the pregnancy and no pregnancy group had significant differences,it was(15.1±5.9),(9.9±6) resepectively(P0.01),late pregnancy group(28weeks) of gestation and group(gestational age 15~28 weeks),Lp(a) level significantly higher than early pregnancy(gestational age 10~14 weeks)(P0.05),about early pregnancy was 1.5 times than that of late pregnancy group,the other was no significant difference,and CHO,TG also increased with gestational age.Conclusion The pregnancy Lp(a) content changes may be related with normal pregnancy hormone levels in the process of rising and some normal physiological needs.It is physiology adapting change in normal pregnancy process.
