腔内激光联合高低位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效分析

Endovenous laser treatment combined high and low ligation of varicose veins

目的评价腔内激光联合高低位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效和安全性。方法 185例下肢静脉曲张患者,行腔内激光治疗联合高低位大隐静脉高低结扎术。结果术后无严重并发症发生,疗效满意。结论静脉腔内激光联合高低位结扎治疗是一种简化操作、恢复快、腿部不留瘢痕、疗效可靠的方法,术后无复发。

Objective To evaluate effect and safety of endovascular laser treatment combined with high and low level of ligation in treating varicose veins.Methods 185 patients with varicose veins underwent endovenous laser therapy combined with high and low level of ligation.Results No serious complications occurred.Treatment was effective.Conclusion Endovenous laser treatment combined with high and low level ligation has advantages of simplicity,rapid recovery,with no scar in the leg,efficient and with no postoperative recurrence.
