摘要 以主机基座结构重量为目标函数,采用矩阵描述设计变量离散集,并以结构尺寸、稳定性、许用应力和疲劳强度等方面的限制作为约束条件,建立了船舶主机基座结构的优化设计模型,也给出了基于自适应模拟退火算法的设计优化流程。通过对某集装箱船升高双层底主机基座的优化设计,说明基座结构在初始设计时大部分主要构件的尺寸留有很大裕度。算例分析表明作者提出的结构优化策略是十分有效的。 An optimization model of main engine foundation and its design flow are proposed in this paper.A set of discrete design variables used in the model is depicted with matrix.The constraints are composed of geometrical constraints,buckle constraints,allowable stress constraints and fatigue strength constraints.Adaptive Simulated Annealing(ASA) algorithm is used in the model.As an example,a main engine foundation with double bottom in a container ship is applied to demonstrate the optimization strategy presented in this paper.The analysis results show that the optimization strategy is feasible and reliable.
