摘要
构建了直接耦合方式下的差分-运放电流负反馈放大电路,根据多级放大器增益的计算方法,计算了基本放大器的电压增益,进而得电流增益.另外采用微变等效电路方法,得到了反馈放大器的电流增益,两者满足负反馈放大电路中的基本关系.启用仿真软件EWB,基本放大器和反馈放大器的仿真结果与理论计算一致.
Differential-operational amplify current with parallel negative feedback of circuit is designed,current gain is achieved by calculating the basic amplifier voltage gain according to the calculating method for multistage amplifier.Moreover,current gain of feedback amplifier is also derived by solving the node equations of small-signal equivalent circuit,the results show that the basic relationship of negative feedback amplifier circuit is satisfied in the two methods.Furthermore,the result of the basic amplifier current gain and the feedback amplifier gain of theoretical calculation is consistent by simulated with EWB software.
