摘要
通过建立6周大强度运动大鼠模型,测试运动后即刻血液与骨骼肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和肌酸激酶(CK)等指标,观察黄柳菇多糖干预对运动大鼠自由基代谢水平的影响及对骨骼肌组织的保护作用;结果表明,与安静组相比,运动训练组大鼠各项抗氧化酶活性明显下降,MDA含量显著增加;训练服药组相对于大强度耐力训练组大鼠的各项抗氧化酶活性有良好改善,MDA含量变化显著降低,显示骨骼肌组织损伤有良好改善;因此黄柳菇多糖可以改善大强度耐力训练大鼠的氧化应激水平,使组织中抗氧化酶活性增强,有利于保护骨骼肌组织结构和功能的完整性,可作为天然抗氧化剂和微生态制剂进一步研究和开发.
6-week campaign to establish high intensity animal models,testing SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、T-AOC、 NOS and CK of blood and skeletal muscle after exercise in the index.Observate Pholiota adiposa polysaccharide intervention on the level of free radical metabolism and protective effect on skeletal muscle in rats.Compared with the quiet,exercise training group significantly decreased the activities of antioxidant enzymes,MDA content increased significantly;Training in the treated group relative to the endurance training group of the antioxidant enzyme activity in rats with good improvement,MDA content significantly decreased,The results showed good improvement in skeletal muscle tissue injury;Pholiota adiposa polysaccharide can improve endurance training level of oxidative stress in rats,and enables organizations antioxidant enzyme activities,It is conducive to protecting the integrity of skeletal muscle structure and function.Can be used as natural antioxidants and probiotics for further research and development.
