小麦非淀粉多糖与木聚酶对大鼠小肠形态结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用2×2因子设计探讨小麦水溶性NSP(水提取NSP或碱提取NSP)与木聚糖酶(添加与否)对大鼠小肠形态结构的影响.选用48只SD雄性大鼠随机分为4个处理,每处理6个重复.每重复2只大鼠.结果表明,与小麦水提取NSP相比,碱提取NSP可显著降低大鼠空肠、回肠绒毛高度(P<0.05),增加十二指肠、回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.05);在日粮中添加木聚糖酶可显著减缓小麦水溶性NSP对大鼠小肠形态的负面影响(P<0.05);日粮中添加水溶性NSP与木聚糖酶对大鼠小肠形态的交互作用因不同的肠段而异.日粮中添加木聚糖酶可显著提高大鼠回肠蛋白质/DNA(P<0.01).与水提取NSP相比,碱提取NSP可增加大鼠回肠腐胺含量(P<0.05). This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of wheat soluble non-starch polysaccharides and xylanase on the small intestine morphological structure in growing rats in a 2 × 2 factorial design. Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly allotted to four cornstarch-casein diets that contained 3% of water extractable NSP or alkali extractable NSP with or without xylanase. The results revealed that supplemented alkali extractable NSP to the diet significantly reduced (P〈0.05) villus height of the jejunum and ileum in rats, and significantly improved (P〈0.05) crypt depth of the duodenum and ileum in rats eompared with water extractable NSP, which were significantly attenuated (P〈0.05) by added xylanase to the soluble NSP diets. The interactions between the treatments of soluble NSpand xylanase were different among the different section of the small intestine of growing rats. Added xylanase to the wheat soluble NSP diets could improved significantly (P〈0.01) the ratio of ileal protein to DNA. Included alkali extractable NSP to the diet significantly improved (P〈0.05) the ileal putrescine content of rats compared with water extractable NSP, which wasn't attenuated (P 〉0.05) by added xylanase in the soluble NSP diets (P〉0.05).
