摘要
利用冰冻切片、H.E染色技术,对实验室确诊患猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病猪的皮肤、甲状腺、胸腺、肺脏、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、淋巴结和肾脏等器官进行了组织病理学研究.光学显微镜下可以观察到肺脏间质明显增宽,有浆液性渗出物,肺脏各管腔和肺泡内含有大量粒细胞、淋巴细胞、脱落的黏膜上皮细胞及组织细胞坏死崩解产物,肺泡Ⅱ型细胞代谢旺盛;脾脏呈急性脾炎变化,脾小体及脾索中有许多细胞碎片;淋巴结呈急性淋巴结炎或坏死性淋巴结炎变化,皮质和髓质内含有红细胞;皮肤、甲状腺、肾脏和肝脏内毛细血管出现出血现象.结论:PRRS可引起肺脏间质水肿及全身各组织器官广泛性充血和出血;巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞等变性、坏死擞量减少;淋巴器官内出现许多嗜酸性粒细胞等组织病理学变化.
The histopathologieal response of some organ sobtained from pigs, including skin, thyroid, thymus, heart, lung, liver, spleen, lymph node and kidney, were observed by freezing section, H.E staining technique. Microscopically, Lung lesions were characterized by pulmonary interstitial markedly thickening with serosity effusion in it, a great quantity of granulocytes, lymphocytes, bronchia epithelium cells and necrotic cell debris observed in the bronchia and alveoli of lung, hyperplastic type Ⅱ pneumocytes presenting vigorous metalbolism. Spleen was characterized by the acute splenitis' and the profuse cell debris was found in splenic corpuscle and splenic cord concurrently. Lymph nodes were characterized by acute and necrotic lymphadenitis and the most erythrocytes were found in multiple sites of the cortex and neuropile concurrently. Bleeding of micrangium was also observed in skin, thyreoid, kidney, and liver. Conclusion:The histopathologieal changes of PRRS are characterized by interstitial edema of lung and the common congestion and bleeding of various organs of pigs, the decrease, degeneration and necrosis of macrophages and lymphocytes, and the most eosinophile granulocyte of lymphatic organs.
