通过研讨PLC在纺织印染行业的解决方案,全面介绍基于艾默生EC20系列PLC与艾默生TD3000和SK系列变频器的染缸自动化系统集成设计。PLC采用SFC语言实现的模块化编程提供了染缸柔性化工艺生产。
By discussing PLC＇s solution in textile printing and dyeing industry, this paper introduces the integrated design of dye vat automaion system based on Emerson EC20 serials PLC and Emerson TD3000 and SK serials transducer. PLC＇s SFC language modular programming help to realize the dye vat＇s flexing process production.
