摘要
以膨润土为原料,通过酸浸、碱浸、氧化、聚合等一系列反应制备不同物质的量比的聚合硅酸硫酸铝铁絮凝剂,讨论了NaOH浓度、反应时间、反应温度对SiO2溶出率的影响,通过混凝试验考查了其对生活废水的处理效果,得出最佳物质的量比的絮凝剂、最佳投加量、最佳沉降时间和最适宜pH值范围,结果显示合成的系列絮凝剂对生活废水有较好的处理效果。
The research is focused on the production of different molar ratio complex wastewater coagulants from bentonite by a series of ways,such as acid,alkali,oxidation,and polymerization.The factors which affected the extraction efficiency of silicon oxides from bentonite were the concentration of NaOH,reaction temperature and time.The optimum conditions as proportion,dosage,sedimentation time,and pH were determined.These samples exhibit a significantly better coagulation performance in treating living wastewater under the applied experimental conditions.
