摘要
介绍了无需专门浸泡过程的硅烷交联新技术,综述了在聚合物体系内部通过化学的或物理的方法生成水引发硅烷水解交联的各种方法,阐述了它们的化学原理、工艺条件及其在提高交联速度、解决厚壁制品交联困难问题上所显示的优势。
A new method for the crosslinking of polyethylene by silane without traditional step of immersing the pro-duct in the water was presented in this paper. Methods for producing inner water by a chemical or physical way were discussed as well as additives for releasing water which initiates silane-g-polyethylene crosslinking. The chemical principle and technological conditions of the new method was described in detail. This method improves the traditional processes on three aspects: First, the rate of crosslinking is obviously increased; second, the crosslinking points are formed everywhere and a more homogeneous distribution of the link points is obtained, consequendy, the properties of the product are improved; third, thick-wall products can also produced by using this method.
