The paper introduced the Schneider Quantum series; Momentum series PLC and the Modbus plus network; RIO network; Interbus network communication technology automatic control system use in the polyester film （BOPET） production line. The automatic control system made the line achieve intelligent; stability and accuracy. After many years 24 hours running, the control system has a low failure rate and produce high quality and a large number film for the company.
