Peer-to-Peer （P2P） technologies had a big success for file sharing applications as well as for other kinds of applications such as voice and video streaming.This paper introduce the basic concept of P2P technology,the features of P2P technology,the difference between P2P technology and C/S network model,as well as the field of P2P applications and problems in this field.
