奥氮平、利培酮、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者体质量及血脂影响的对照研究

Control study that olanzipine, risperidone, cldorpromazine affect on the body weight and the blood lipid of schizophrenic patients.

目的比较奥氮平、利培酮、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者体质量和血脂的影响。方法观测体质量、血脂正常的精神分裂症患者服用奥氮平、利培酮、氯丙嗪后4周、8周、12周时的体质量、血脂的变化。结果发现服用奥氮平的精神分裂症男女患者体质量、TG均明显升高（P〈0．05～0．01），奥氮平组女性患者Tch也明显增高（P〈0．05），但男性患者的Tch增高无统计意义；利培酮组的体质量、TG、Tch几无变化；氯丙嗪组仅体质量有明显增加（P〈0．05），但TG、Tch增幅不大，无统计意义。结论奥氮平较利培酮、氯丙嗪更易引起患者体质量增加，血脂增高，应引起临床上高度重视。

Objective To compare the effects of the olanzapine, risperidone, and chlorpromazine on the body weight and blood lipid of schizophrenic patients. Methods Observing the changes of their body weight and blood lipid after they take olanzapine, risperidone and chlor- promazine 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks,while schizophrenic patients body weight and blood lipid are normal before taking 3 diugs. Results within the group taking olanzapine the body weight and TG of the male and female schizophrenic patients are obviously higher than before（ P 〈 0. 05 - 0. 01 ） ; but Tchbecomes higher only in the female patients（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and besides it is meaningless to collect the rise of Tch in the male patients;among the group taking risperidone,the body weight,TG and Tch of all the patients are only changed little;In the patients group taking chlorpromazine, only the body weight rises clearly （P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the increasing width of TG and Tch is not very large and it is also meaning- less to collect it. Conclusion Olanzapine is much easier to cause the rise of body weight and blood lipid of schizophrenic patients, so we must pay more attention to this issue in clinics.
