肺结核患者的心理护理

Psychological care of tuberculosis patients

目的通过对肺结核患者的心理特点分析，从而探讨其心理护理技巧，达到治疗的最佳效果。方法本文收集了2006年3月～2009年5月收住笔者所在医院的肺结核患者146例，对他们进行行为观察，单独谈心，交流思想。结果患者给予心理护理后治疗效果好，复发率低。结论良好的心理往往能达到最佳的治疗效果。因此，心理护理在肺结核的治疗康复中起着重要作用。

Objective By analyzing the psychological features of Tuberculosis patients , we study their psychological nursing skills, then we get the best cured results. Methods This passage has collected 146TB confirmed patients cases＇ informations who were diagnosed with TB in our hospital from March 2006 to May 2009. We had been observing their daily behaviors, talking with them separately,exchanging ideas. Results The therapeutic effect of those patients＇ who had been psychological cured is effective and the recurrence rate is also low. Conclusions A bet- ter psychological emotion can obviously contribute to an excellent treat effect. In this point, psychological nursing plays an important role in curing and recoverying TB disease.
